"We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. We all enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living area and enjoying the wonderful views of letchworth State Park. Check in and check out was a breeze....

"This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place."

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting SUNY Geneseo. Lovely room, charming overall vibe. Sit down breakfast from 8-10a, really well done. And the kicker: a superb brew pub right next door, mellow not rowdy. Really glad we stayed here and will be back!"

"This property has everything you need to enjoy a visit to Letchworth State Park. It's located in a very quiet area just outside the Perry entrance to the park, and gas/groceries are a 10 minute drive away. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the outdoor firepit or the game room in the basement, but those are nice amenities that make this a really special property. Thanks Ron!"

"The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area."

"It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves."

"A unique experience. The view from the verandah was lovely, and the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the end of a busy day of hiking. It accomodated our extended family if 11. The pool was refreshing but not heated. The owner gave a behind the scene tour of the rooms not opened for guests. He was a font of historical knowledge."

"What a gem! A tidy motel on a quiet side street near Letchworth State Park. The large room was super clean and comfortable, with a minifridge and microwave. Self check-in and check-out. We stayed here for two nights for SUNY Geneseo's graduation and would definitely recommend it as an alternative to the high-priced hotels in Geneseo. About a 15-minute drive to SUNY campus and downtown Geneseo. "
