This is the perfect spot to access everything the Gainesville area offers; it's near shopping, eating, natural springs, and down the road from UF. Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.



The Space:

The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This fully-renovated, concept designed condo features two bright Bedrooms. The King Bed Master has an en-suite bath and there is an additional guest bedroom and shared bathroom. There are green views out of every window!



The main bedroom mattresses (King and Queen) feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding. There is also a high-quality, comfy pullout sofa bed and two rollaway beds. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.



In the condo, you'll find new flooring, new fixtures, nature views, 150 Mbps WiFi, and 3 UHD LED TVs with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, news, sports, etc.



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream, and herbal tea are also provided complimentary.





Parking is free in front of the building.



Guest Access:

Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is clean and safe and there is plenty of free parking. Located with convenient access to Interstate 75.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.



Other Things to Note:

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 2 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
