The air conditioner was not cooling when we arrived. We advised the front desk clerk, but she was at first unconcerned, told us to give it time to cool down. But after 2 hrs, it only got warmer and warmer in the room. We had to complain 3 times and finally get a bit nasty before she agreed to have their maintenance engineer check the AC, and then he was there only 10 minutes after she called him (so why the delay?). The engineer told us the unit filter was so dirty that air was bypassing the coils, and it never would have cooled without service. And it only took him 15 minutes to fix. So, if it was that easy, we should not have had to get nasty with them to get it addressed. Other than that, the luggage carts were small and borderline useless, as all the tires were underinflated and would not roll well (or at all) when loaded. We did not care for the breakfast. We had to clean all the surfaces in the room on check-in, as everything was very dusty. And all of the dishes were still in the dishwasher and had not been run through the wash cycle. Other than that, the room was roomy and well-furnished and comfortable. But we would likely check other options before staying here again.
