"I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel"

The town is an absolute haven of calm, and a real retreat from the hutle and bustle of kathmandu and nepal in general - there are great food venues near by and beautiful view points! "Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot."

"We enjoyed our two night stay at Bandipur Village Inn. Our room was comfortable and bright with 3 large windows and a lovely view. It is located next to the Tundihkil park viewpoint and easy walking distance on a path to the village center. Be prepared for the village lads to stsrt playing football at first light every morning!"
