"I had a confirmed reservation from Expedia as well as a confirmation text from the hotel. When I got there, they denied me my room and would not offer any assistance from there. Horrible service and rude staff member."

"Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. When we went to check out we got attitude from the clerk saying we weren’t allowed to park and stay when we already paid to do so. She was very rude. Will choose another hotel next time. Very disappointed for a Hilton."

"Clean room, however not enough space in a king room. One person fine, two are on top of each other. You could hear everything above, below and beside you when people about about. View was great, tv was very large so great. I did not try out the breakfast bar. Loved the proxmity to the mall. Walkable. Staff was very accommodating. All in all the experience was really good and and I will choose the hotel again when I am in Columbus."

"Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

"The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."
