"We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for."

"I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. "

"Let me start of by saying that the room was nice and clean. Our main complaints dealt with the amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. We booked the weekend at this hotel in particular because it was advertised to have a bistro and a bar in the hotel as well as an indoor pool.
