"As a 5* hotel - a new one apparantly - the facilities are a bit slaggy and run down. Their services like laundry and taxis are extremely expensive, comprared to other similar hotels in Hyderabad. But rooms very very comfortable - and staff nice"

"Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience."
