"God morgen mad godt personale og rengøring var helt i top. Men spa badet i badeværelset fyldte al for meget og ingen vand på værelset. Men alt i alt et godt hotel som godt vil vælge igen. "

"We decided to spent 2 nights of our honeymoon at this beautiful looking hotel. When we arrived, we instantly knew, that a mistake had been made. The hotel was under renovation. All the beautiful and charming little areas from the pictures were sealed off and unavailable. We went to the reception, but we were not met by anyone. We looked around for some employees, but no one were there. We tried the bar, which were just a huge mess of dishes and glasses, probably from the night before, but again, no one was there. We went outside and to our surprise, we found a hotel employee helping the construction workers. We finally got our room and unpacked with a bad feeling about the 2 coming days. We arrived a friday and looked forward to a relaxing weekend. We went outside to the only available sitting areas to get something to drink. Meanwhile an old watertruck had arrived and were delivering water to the new pool. So, a blaring watertruck, angle grinders, rotary hammer drills and shouting construction workers, this was the soundpicture of our afternoon. No one came to help us, so at last we went inside ourselves to ask for a menu or drinkscard. They didn’t have a menu for the bar, because they were renovating. At this point, we asked a waiter if there were gonna be noisy from the construction all weekend. He smirked, said yes and then straight up laughed. This was were we gave up the hopes for a good romantic weekend on our honeymoon. "

"The hotel itself is quite nice—clean, comfortable, and I would say it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars (though not quite 5-star level). One major downside, however, was the noise. The large windows let in a lot of sound from outside. The hotel is situated next to a road, and in Albania, it seems common for motorbikes to rev their engines loudly, especially at night. On top of that, there was a nearby construction site where work was happening well into the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. That said, if you’re not too sensitive to noise, the location is actually very convenient and central. So, it’s a good option if you’re looking for comfort and don’t mind a bit of city buzz. Also worth highlighting is the front desk staff—they were very helpful and service-minded, which made the overall experience more pleasant."
