This house is halfway between Porec and Vrsar, on the outskirts of the little village of Funtana, at least 50 metres from the nearest neighbour.

The very spacious villa of 250m² is on two floors and can accommodate a maximum of nine guests. The first floor has a big bedroom (22m²) with a terrace with a sea view and a bathroom with a bath. The fourth bedroom is in a separate apartment with a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a terrace.

There are restaurants and shops 150 metres from the villa. The Dinosaurus Park and the new water park, one of the largest in Croatia, are very popular with children and young people. The nearest beach is 400 metres away.

The living room has a double sofa bed and the house provides free Internet access. The accommodation is ideal for children and dogs. The owner offers up to four bicycles, two for use free of charge, and table football. Part of the garden provides toys for children.
