"Clean room and enough parking space. Staff are accommodating and attended to our needs."

"The location is nice right next to crossgates mall, but when I arrived they switched to a double queen size room when I ordered and paid for a king size bed. To be fair, they attempted to call me to tell me that the king size room wasn’t available but honestly, if it wasn’t available then it shouldn’t have been available to rent out. "Everything about this hotel was right on point !!!"

"Hotel is spotless and obviously new! Rooms are nice and comfy. The only issue we had was the people above us had a dog that was thumping on the floor until midnight and started again at 6 in the morning! Nothing the hotel could do about it but two nights of that was not ideal. We already booked the hotel for our trip next month so still a great find!"

"Great place with a great staff. Left my glasses and they went out of their way to get them back to me. Highly recommended."

"This was a really nice place to stay while we were in town for a funeral. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were initially surprised when our GPS had us turn into an empty parking lot, so just a note that you enter the hotel from the rear of the building."

"Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"Amazing stay only complaint is the beds were rock hard and the house keeping was super noisy in the mornings. Other then that it was a great stay"

"Forholdsvis nyt hotel med gode faciliteter. Dejligt store værelser, som er godt lydisoleret fra naboværelserne. Dejligt centralt placeret og smuk udsigt over Hudson River. Gode parkeringsfaciliteter."
