With excellent areas and well decorated, the property offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. In the living room, equipped with a sofa bed and dining table, we find a beautiful, spacious area connected to the kitchen in an open-space, so you can enjoy a good time while preparing your meals. In addition to the other amenities, the flat has a shared communal bathroom.

Outside, in the communal spaces, you can take advantage of the garden areas as well as the gym and the infinity pool which offers marvellous views.

The property has a maximum capacity of 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Area
The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre (4 minutes walk), 1 minute walk from the cycle path and 5 minutes walk from the Doca do Cavacas Bathing Complex and Promenade. This is a privileged area as it is close to paddle tennis courts (10 minutes walk), gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 10 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 40 minutes if you choose to walk.
In the city centre there are several tourist attraction and activities for all tastes (cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities).

Getting around
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

Other observations
- We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
