Pena View Apartment by Atlantic Holiday invites you to enjoy a pleasant stay in Funchal, Madeira Island. Designed for up to three guests, the apartment is a good option for couples, families, or friends looking to experience the city and its surroundings. It features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed in the living area. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub, and bed linen as well as bath towels are provided.



The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and basic utensils. For your convenience, a washing machine and a hairdryer are available. In the living space, you can also enjoy a smart TV with a box. Families traveling with children will find both a baby cot and a high chair ready for use.



From the apartment, guests can admire a wide view over Funchal, the ocean, and the port. The central location allows you to easily explore the city, whether on foot, by car, or using public transport, with bus stops located nearby. Although private parking is not available, free parking can usually be found on the street around the property.



Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
