In the living room there's a pleasant space with a sofa and television, with the kitchen in the background in an open-plan format, so you can enjoy your gastronomic moments in a more relaxed way. In this same space you have a balcony where, day or night, you can enjoy the view of the city.

In addition to the comfort of the flat, the condominium has a swimming pool shared with the other flats, a solarium where you can enjoy sunny days on the island and a gym where you can keep up your fitness routine.

The Maravilhas II flat is close to the centre of Funchal and various tourist attractions. It is 500 metres from the Madeira Casino and a 15-minute walk from the Funchal Marina.

Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, the marina, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum). There's a Pingo Doce supermarket in Plaza Shopping.

Don't miss the experience of taking a cable car to Monte or the Botanical Gardens. You can also walk to the starting point (10 minutes).

You should also be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, extreme activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

Madeira International Airport is about 23 kilometres away by car.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops near the flat.

You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
