The accommodation stands out for its modernity and luxury finishes, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and contemporary yet welcoming décor. It features a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious living room with an integrated dining area in a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing any meal whilst enjoying the glorious view of the city of Funchal.



Leaving the apartment, you can easily explore Funchal's city centre in just 10 minutes, finding renowned restaurants and cultural points of interest. A few steps away, you can visit the famous Confectionery, or stroll through the green spaces of Quinta Magnólia, with a children's playground, leisure and sports areas, including tennis and padel courts.



For moments by the sea, simply head down to the Lido and stroll along the seafront, enjoying the Atlantic breeze.
