No visitors without host approval

No smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on the property

Street parking is not permitted at any time

Violations are subject to fines and immediate eviction without refund

Guest Access:

🔑 The whole place is yours — every room of the house, the game room, and the landscaped backyard with its BBQ. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is shared.



🚗 The driveway holds up to 5 cars. Street parking is not permitted at any time.



📹 Security cameras are installed around the outside perimeter only, never indoors — your privacy is protected. A noise monitor in the backyard alerts managers only when levels run higher than normal.

🚶 On foot: Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

🪪 Check-In Requirements



Before check-in, guests provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



🚭 No Smoking



NO SMOKING inside the home, including the game room, at any time — no tobacco, no vaping, no marijuana or other drugs.



👥 Occupancy & Pricing



Maximum 15 guests; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount

The daily rate covers 10 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that, up to 15

No additional visitors without host approval

🅿️ Parking



The driveway holds up to 5 cars. Street parking is not permitted at any time and you are responsible for any parking tickets resulting from a violation. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.



📹 Security & Privacy



Surveillance cameras are installed around the outside perimeter of the property, NOT indoors — your privacy is protected. A noise monitoring device in the backyard measures decibel levels and alerts the property managers only when levels are higher than normal.



🚫 No Commercial Activity



No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on this property.

The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from others whom they invite to use the premises.
