"A cleaning lady was really weird and put one of our bags in the bidet, including putting the sink plug random places and the drinking glasses on the shower grate. We told the reception and they fixed it immediately by replacing the cleaning lady. The reception staff was excellent, breakfast was good, but the restaurant was hilariously terrible and expensive!"

"We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations.
The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue.

"Very friendly staff. But the Hotel is too big and too "family-ish" for my taste with many small kids. Very noisy in the dining area. It was too much a concept hotel and vacation center. I will prefer the other Barcello Hotel in the area which is smaller and much more cosy."
