Offering a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, the area enjoys minimal traffic and boasts a nearby commuter train station, connecting you to Málaga city and the airport in under 50 minutes.



Gourmet enthusiasts will appreciate the selection of renowned restaurants in the area, such as Restaurante Las Islas and Bistro Michel, which attract visitors from Marbella to Málaga. The villa is also steps away from the impressive 8-kilometer-long beach promenade, one of the longest on the Costa del Sol, featuring bike rentals, water sports, vibrant bars, cafés, and nightlife. For golf lovers, around 10 excellent courses are just a short drive away.



Inside, the villa welcomes you with a spacious and inviting living area, perfect for unwinding in front of the fireplace or gathering around the long dining table with seating for eight. The Neighborhood:

The villa is located between Carvajal and Torreblanca, it is very quiet and just one house as a neighbour, very private. A few minutes' walk to the beach and the promenade!



Getting Around:

The apartment is located in the popular Carvajal area of Fuengirola, offering excellent connections along the Costa del Sol and making it easy to get around with or without a car.



On foot:

Carvajal Beach is just a short walk away, where you’ll find traditional chiringuitos, cafés, and seaside restaurants. The coastal promenade runs for several kilometres and is ideal for walking, cycling, or strolling into Fuengirola town.



Train:

Carvajal train station is within walking distance and forms part of the Cercanías C-1 line. Trains run frequently to Fuengirola town centre, Málaga city, and Málaga Airport, making airport transfers and day trips simple and convenient.



Bus:

Local buses operate regularly along the coast, connecting Carvajal with Fuengirola, Los Boliches, Benalmádena, and nearby areas.



Taxi & ride services:

Taxis are readily available and reasonably priced, and ride-hailing services operate throughout the area for quick and comfortable journeys.



By car:

If you hire a car, the nearby A-7 coastal road provides easy access to destinations such as Benalmádena, Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, and Málaga.
