The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two big single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms, one of them ensuite and both with large walk in showers.The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through out and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.There are two carpark spaces in the garage for the guests and lift in the building.This is a gated community with two amazing pool areas and gardens, next to five star Hilton hotel in Reserva de Higueron with a very popular sport club and Spa. The train station in Carvajal is only a few minues away by car and from here you can take the train to Málaga city center, Fuengirola and the airport every 20 minutes.**Please note the Higueron Estate is a large urbanisation still under construction in parts. This apartment is situated in a fully completed part of the urbanisation however there may be building works in the approach to the location.**
