Welcome to this modern penthouse with balcony and terrace on one of Los Boliche's most sought after streets, Calle Fransisco Cano, just a stone's throw from the beach and the Mediterranean as well as the train station and shops. Los Boliches is a cozy area that is constantly moving and living all year round, here there is food, drink and entertainment from all over Spain and the world. The beaches of Los Boliches are of high quality with fine sand, nice sun loungers and lovely beach restaurants with good food and fine drinks. When you step into the apartment you are greeted by an open kitchen and living room of high standard, the kitchen is directly to the right as you enter and is fully equipped with new fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee maker and much more. In the living room you have TV, WIFI dining for 4 and a lovely balcony with afternoon / evening sun. From the balcony you have a spiral staircase up to the roof terrace where you have sun all day and afternoon as well as a wonderful view of the neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with washing machine, WIFI, Coffee maker, A / C in all rooms and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.
