Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Frontignan, just 3 kilometres from the beach. It has a floor area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 35 m² as well as a terrace. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area that can seat 4 guests.
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside:
- A 35 m² enclosed garden facing south, as well as a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days!
- A parking space at the entrance to the courtyard.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a cot, a washing machine and an iron.

The house is ideally situated in Frontignan, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
