"This cute and modern cabin is right by the stream. It was clean and worked well for us with rooms and beds. It is in a very quiet campground area with a lot of cabins and some common facitilies. We rode our bikes from the cabin straight to Colorado Trail. It did not have an outdoor grill so we had to use a common area bbq, which was OK. "

"Excellent communication with the host.Accommodations in Leadville are on the older side. This was our second year in Leadville, and it was a huge upgrade from last year's rental. The house is, according to Zillow, over 100 years old, so expect crooked floors and squeaking sounds when walking around in it.Now, I didn't bring a ruler, but we felt the beds were too small for queen-size beds."

"Wonderful place, lots of room. Host was quick with responses. Heat was not working when we arrived, thankfully my husband is handy, otherwise host would of sent out a repair person. Kids had fun with the games."

"I stayed with my husband, 2 year old and two friends 2 dogs for a ski weekend at Cooper. I loved the 20th century vibe of the place. There was no wifi as advertised but cell service was fine so didn't miss it. There was dvd player and an ok variety of dvds as well as a few board games. Love the ease of "unplugging". Location was great and really appriciate the seperate bedrooms so everyone had there space. Only thing to mention is the outlets in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not seem to work...
