Out of the Blue is one back from the ocean. Top level has sun decks facing the ocean and also a back sundeck with views of the sound. A great getaway in the village of Frisco on Hatteras Island. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the Hatteras Island cottage. Out of the Blue is an easy walk to the beach. Close to the Frisco Airport and Beach driving access. The top level is open layout, cathedral ceiling and a kitchen with lots of room for cooking. The master bedroom has a private deck with ocean views. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Out of the Blue is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided. In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather.
