Room outlet did not have power. The lights did not turn on because of no outlet power. The heater gives off gross burning smell when you turn it on. I had to open the window to let out that smell. Imagine having to open the window when it is cold outside because the heater is suffocating you with it's gross smell.
This hotel does not let you check in early even though I called and the staff gave me the indication that I could check in early. When I got to the hotel they went back on their word and forced me to pay an early check-in fee in order to check in early.
Overall summary, this hotel does not honor its words with their guest. They don't manage their rooms. If you call in after 6 pm, there is no technician around to service any rooms and you will have to wait until the next day to get service so if you're only staying there for one night then you are totally screwed.
I used to hold La Quinta Inn with high regard but after this experience - never again.
