The 52 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access and features a living room with a 160 cm fold-down double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be combined into a 180 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Amenities include bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, TV, reversible air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony, shaded by an electric awning.



The apartment is close to all amenities, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes by car from the seafront. A garage is available for convenient parking.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
