Hoteller nær Freedom Riders National Monument

"I enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff and their willingness to answer questions. We had a great visit and liked this place better than the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at the night before."

"Nice room"

"Fint hotel til prisen"

"Bedroom was clean but old carpet and the window sheers had holes in them. We had to switch rooms because the stench was terrible. No problem switching rooms and second room was good. The breakfast was great and very clean. Coffee was marvelous Overall the stay was ok but the hotel definitely needs new carpet and updates in rooms."

"Ok til prisen"

"Chloe at the desk was amazing! She remembered our family from our previous stay and that my little boy is a very picky eater and loves the popcorn in the lobby. She is a stand out employee. The girl in the morning checkout never spoke and we had to speak first to make her speak to us. A woman fell in the lobby and we helped her up. We told the same unpleasant morning worker it happened so she could check on her and she just looked at us like she was disgusted it happened and again never spoke....

"Staff was generally lazy and not aware of guest' needs. They where not unpleasant or rude, just not at the level usually experienced at Garden Inn hotels. Seemed like they lakes training or something like that. Worst thing was the noise level in the room! Half of the rooms are facing directly towards the freeway - I got one of these and the traffic woke me up several times during the night. Remember to bring earplugs!"

"very clean and economical. The staff in the attention to the property itself is excellent. This is very conveniently located to the Chief Ladiga Trail, the McClellan Trails, JSU with a very clean laundromat located next to the property"

"Everyone was super nice. Needs a little updating and there was a little mold due to the jacuzzi tub but other than that no problems."

"Mold on the ceiling, stains on the bed/blankets, your feet will turn black if you walk on the carpet because it’s so dirty, shower and room itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time, weird brown drippings down the wall, and the room smelled like sewage. OK I guess if you just need a bed for the night, but I certainly wouldn’t stay if you have any other choice."

"Thank you"

"There was no coffee and no night stands on the outer bed positions."
