The Space:

Step inside and you will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from a quick morning breakfast to a full evening meal. A stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and glassware mean you have everything you need without having to think twice. Two smart TVs and three mini split units keep the interior comfortable and connected no matter the season. The sleeping arrangements are genuinely impressive for a tiny home. Two queen beds and two full beds give Lot 147 the flexibility to comfortably sleep up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friend groups, or anyone who wants a little extra room to spread out. A full bathroom plus a convenient half bath round out the interior in a way that makes daily life here feel effortless. Outside is where Lot 147 truly shines. A six seat lounge set on the attached porch sets the tone the moment you step out the door. From there, a covered gazebo on the concrete pad offers a six seat dining area perfect for outdoor meals, while stone benches surrounding a wood burning fire pit create the kind of gathering space that pulls everyone together as the evening cools. A propane grill and two dedicated parking spots complete a site that has genuinely thought of everything. Pets are welcome, Luckenbach is just minutes away, and world class wineries and Fredericksburg's beloved Main Street are right around the corner. Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
