Please keep in mind that the surrounding bars and restaurants often feature live music, so some noise should be expected.

• The Nimitz Loft and entire property are strictly non-smoking.

• Due to the historic nature of the building, smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

• There is no in-unit thermostat, but the space is temperature controlled. Airflow can be adjusted using the vent located by the TV.

• Please note the bathroom does not have a shower, but it does have a bathtub.
