BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests have access to the entire rental and outdoor area.

Note: Rental is in the front of the property near entrance and homeowners live on the property further up from the rental up the hill. There is a good amount of distance between the rental and homeowners house.

This house is 10 miles away from Main St. We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is suitable for children/infants. The rental sits close to the highway. Please be cautious and never leave your child unattended.



- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- You are close to the highway, you will or could hear highway noise. please do not walk across highway.



- No Dishwasher: dishwasher is not advertised on this listing since it's out of order. Owner is planning on removing it and replacing with another amenity in the future.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
