The Space:

- The master bedroom features a king bed and a Smart TV, while the second sleeping area is a loft-style bedroom with a queen bed. Both sleeping areas are located upstairs.

- The master bathroom is located upstairs and features a bathtub only (no shower). The second bathroom is located downstairs and includes a spacious shower (no bathtub).

- Full Kitchen with full size appliances featuring a regular coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, blender and more!

- Living room with Smart TV with views of the Hill Country!

- Washer/dryer available!

- Gas BBQ grill

- Wood-burning Fire pit (please BYO firewood and note: it's shared with the guesthouse)

- Private Hot tub located on the back deck with views of the Hill Country! You may even have a few friendly goats wander by to say hello! (Please note: Do not feed the goats.)

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!



Please note: This listing is for the main house only. There is also a separate guesthouse located on the same property that can accommodate an additional 2 guests; however, the guesthouse is rented separately. By booking this listing, you are reserving the main house only. If you’re traveling with additional guests and need extra space for friends or family members, send us a message! We’d be happy to help you reserve both homes so everyone can stay together on the same property. We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces. The main house and guesthouse are located approximately 20 feet apart, making it convenient for larger groups who want to stay close while still enjoying separate spaces.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive the lockbox code in their check-in instructions to access the physical key. The property offers convenient self-check-in.

- This property is suitable for children and infants. Please note that we do not provide additional beds, cribs, or infant accommodations. Guests are welcome to bring their own pack-and-play if needed. Please just be cautious with the stairs and fire pit. Children are not allowed in the hot tub. As with any Hill Country property, please be cautious and aware of local wildlife and outdoor elements. It is not uncommon to encounter deer, insects, snakes, scorpions, and other native wildlife in the area.



- This property is not pet-friendly.



- Please note that there are stairs both inside the home and on the exterior of the property leading to the back patio.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
