The Hoppy Haus will not disappoint as a getaway for rest, relaxation and fun in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg just 0.8 mile off main street. This home is complete with beautifully decorated interior, kitchen with cooking essentials with eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, coffee bar, wood fire pit, game room with pool table, darts and corn hole, relaxing outdoor seating area, Wifi, and a smart TV. Grab yourself a glass of wine or your favorite hoppy beer and stay awhile!

The Hoppy Haus is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which comfortably sleeps 8 people.

This home includes a modern farmhouse vibe with farmhouse kitchen, stocked with pots/pans, dishware, cooking items and place settings for 8 people. The coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker with some K-cups (but also please bring your own to use and share), 8 cup traditional coffee maker with tea and hot cocoa.

Main Gathering Room:

Bedroom #1 includes a queen bed with luxury spring mattress and fine linens with adjoining full bathroom to Bedroom #2 which includes a king bed with luxury foam mattress and fine linens. Bedroom #1 has two 'barn style' doors for privacy which add to our farmhouse ambiance with extra cozy vibes but are not able to lock. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed with luxury foam mattress and fine linens. A second full bathroom is conveniently located next to bedroom #3. The fourth sleeping area is a farmhouse style tufted twin daybed with pull out twin trundle, both with luxury foam mattresses and fine linens. This area is located in a common area in a room off of the living room and is located next to the second bathroom.

We love your furry friends! We are happy to welcome up to 3 pets at this property with a one-time $125 pet fee per stay. If you are bringing your pets, please be sure to book a reservation with pets so the pet fee can be applied. As always, you are responsible for your pet. Please pick up after your pet in the front and backyard. As stated in the rental agreement, any damages/accidents incurred by your furry animal will be the responsibility of the renter.

*Our home is located in a residential area close to Historic Main Street. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-7AM. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. A Minut noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City Ordinance. This house is monitored with outdoor security cameras for your safety.

The Hoppy Haus is located 0.8 miles off of the famous Fredericksburg Main Street where you will find wineries, breweries, shopping, museums, restaurants, music halls and a vast array of history.

For complete booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with your email and home address as well as provide a fully-refundable $300 security deposit hold. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez.
