Nice property, the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom needed some work. Grout is stained and missing and the bottom of the tub was stained.

The first room they put me in smelled like a men's locker room. I changed rooms and the second room smelled the same but not as strong. We arrived late, so we just kept the room. Due to limited staff, they do not clean the room daily there is a sign that states this hotel needs to be updated a little bit. Staff was very cordial, especially the young lady that works the kitchen. We as a family have come here for years however we will not be returning on our next trip due to the cleanliness or lack of.

The desk manager hung ip on me after I had to call a second time because teenagers were in and out of the hallway yelling way after 11:30p.m. We should have slept at home and gotten up super early for the rest of our trip. Waste of money to stop there expecting to sleep!

We chose this hotel because it had a pool. When we got there there was a note saying the pool was closed. It was disappointing we didn’t know ahead of time.

1. Pool out of commission. 2. Gym small, no dumbells and treadmill was broken. Unusable. 3. Shower had mold. Need caulking removed and replaced room 200. 4. Shower rod broken. Taped up. 5. Shower nozzle needs replaced. 6. Shower curtain needs replaced. 7. Desk outlets do not work. Breakfast was good. Price was good!

Our room was musty and smelly. Sheets were not clean as they should be. Bathroom was rusty. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was good.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds are super comfortable, it was very clean, they have an excellent breakfast, the staff were friendly, and it is convenient to get to. The only downside was the pool and hot tub were closed for repair, but sometimes these things can't be helped.

The location was great and the staff were all very friendly and kind! The location was tucked away and felt safe! Their rooms could use a spruce up as there were stains on the walls, paint coming off the ceilings w/ holes etc. However, nothing smelled bad or anything. The beds looked very clean. Just the physical rooms themselves could use an update!

I never checked in or stayed at the hotel. I have called Expedia and explained that the app WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN. I put in the correct login and password and hit sign in and it does nothing. I can't cancel rooms. I can't claim a refund through the insurance because EVERYTHING REQUIRES A LOGIN. The App has been updated. I've cleared the cache. I've done everything I'm supposed to do but nobody wantss to help me so I'm going with another online app. I still require a refund for my last booking not being used and I hope you fix whatever bug this is. I am beyond disappointed and my business will be going elsewhere. Thank you.

Carpets in unit were stained and dirty. The size of the TV was a joke. Hasn't Radisson ever heard of a big screen TV? They must have scooped all those tiny ones on a deal.

At least six months ago I told the front desk several times that the bike in the fitness facility did not work. It still remains unfixed. If it does not work, it should not be shown in the picture of the property's fitness facility.

Hot water pressure in shower was terrible. Toilet basin took a long time to refill. Guests in adjacent room were noisy, playing loud music in an attempt to cover up their activities. After I complained to the night manager he attempted to contact them by calling their room phone. After three attempts they answered and turned off the music at around 11 p.m.

Very good spot for the price paid. It is a bit dated but still serves as a good spot to rest for a night or too. There were a couple of areas that you got a whiff of smoked but nothing too overly bothersome. Front desk staff were great. Each one was nice, courteous and helpful. Area around has good dining, fuel, and shopping options as well

The pool was not heated and after a long long drive I was looking forward to a relaxing swim. This was not the case because it was cold and there was a very loud family eating and drinking beer with kids jumping in the pool and screaming while the adults just sat and ate.
