The Space:

Step through the bright yellow front door into an open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, wood-paneled walls, and a striking mezzanine loft overlooking the great room below. Buttery leather sofas, curated vintage-inspired decor, and warm wood floors give the living area a cozy-yet-cool cabin feel.



The heart of the home is the sleek black chef's kitchen, featuring bold patterned tile, stainless steel appliances, an oversized island with bar seating, and plenty of counter space for cooking up a feast. A long communal dining table seats the whole crew, and a second black-and-white kitchenette/prep area offers even more room to spread out.



A dedicated laundry and storage room keeps things organized, and the spa-like bathroom features a statement mural wall, floating marble-look vanity, and a large walk-in shower.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

8. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

9. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

10. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

11. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
