Welcome to the beautiful Rocky Mountains and our lovely updated mountain townhome. We have decorated and stocked our vacation home with all the amenities we would want while traveling.

We are complying with Airbnb/CDC guidelines for the safety and protection of our guests and housekeepers.

The space
You will enjoy beautiful views of Byers Peak and the Winter Park Ski Resort from this tastefully updated townhome. As mentioned previously, we have done everything we can to ensure you have a safe and fun stay. In addition to strict sanitatary guidelines, we have put away all extra pillows, blankets and anything that would attract germs. We please ask that if you need blankets or extra pillows, please leave them out so we can wash/sanitize them for the next guest.

As of May 26, Grand County is slowly opening activities in the area. Please check out visitgrandcounty.com and click on Covid and Alerts to see what is open and available.

A few other details to make sure you know what you're booking. There is no air conditioning in these townhomes. We provide fans for your comfort and the temperature is cooler in the Rockies. New Clubhouse rules, "Upon entering the Clubhouse we have a COVID-19 release form for you to read and sign. All guests (including children over 2) must: wear masks in the Clubhouse, bring their own equipment and towels, and water bottles or cups with lids.

Magnificent outdoor life awaits you, and so you can spend your days anywhere outdoors.

We have updated the condo with our guests in mind. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home, with all the conveniences of home.

As you walk into the condo you'll come into a spacious living room. There is a sofa and a futon for plenty of seating.

Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace as you watch the sun set over the Rockies while fixing dinner in the fully stocked kitchen.

Wake up to those same mountain views and enjoy a morning with a cup of coffee or tea that is provided for your comfort.

This is your home during your stay and we hope you enjoy it. Please take care of it as it is our home too.

Guest access
Guests have access to the clubhouse across the street (not open yet), which includes a year round outdoor pool and two hot tubs. During this time of COVID the clubhouse is taking reservations for the pool, hot tubs and other amenities. All of them are open except the steam room.

Clubhouse passes are hanging on the black cup holder on the counter. Please put them back after each trip. There is a $10 fee for each lost pass.

You'll also enjoy four outdoor tennis courts, basketball and pickle ball, two racquetball courts and ping pong. There is a workout room that includes weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment, as well as a steam room! Paid washers and dryers available at the clubhouse.
