The living room boasts an open layout with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, cozy furnishings and ample windows to soak in the mountain scenery from this second-floor unit. A twin trundle bed is available for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen features new countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and is open to the main living area for the cook to socialize with guests. There is seating at the breakfast bar for convenience.
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and flat screen TV. The main bathroom has been updated with new tile, flooring and vanity.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
