Guest Protection Options
We offer two options for guest protection:

Security Deposit – A refundable $500 hold placed on the guest’s card before check-in, released after departure if no damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations are found.

Damage Waiver – A non-refundable $150 fee that covers accidental damages (like broken dishes or minor scratches) up to $150, without tying up guest funds.

Guests may choose one of these protection options. The options are not charged together.


Please note: Like many mountain communities, occasional sounds from nearby construction, train activity, landscaping, or normal neighborhood life may be heard during your stay. While these are outside our control, our team is always available to assist and ensure you have an exceptional experience.
