The main home is new construction with a wide front porch made for slow mornings and unhurried conversations. Inside, the open living area has a relaxed, easy flow with a fully equipped kitchen and space for everyone to gather. Two queen bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa offer comfortable options for rest after days spent exploring.

What makes this property unique is the combination of the home and the Alante luxury RV. The RV adds flexibility for extended families, teens looking for space, or guests who enjoy their own quiet corner. It includes a private queen bed for two adults, an overhead bunk for two children, a full bathroom, and a kitchen stocked with essentials. Guests also have Wi-Fi, a TV, a stereo, board games, and a charcoal grill, making it a cozy, self-contained space.

The land itself is often the highlight. Hiking trails weave throughout the acreage, allowing for more than a mile of walking without ever leaving the property. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very private and quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
