"It was more than we expected. The Whanau were all excited and amazed at the set up of the house, the beautiful views, the space was great. TV was great, the kids loved the fact they could watch there movies. Was awesome having access to the beach and taking a stroll. I'm so happy we came to Grahams Beach."

"We needed somewhere close to UoW for the Open Day, and this was the closest, reasonable priced property. It was a bit tricky finding the driveway in the dark (without satnav shouting directions) and at first I was a bit wary of the immediate area, BUT this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was spotless. Nice and comfortable, well equipped and with Dolce Gusto coffee pods included. The right of way was narrow, and parking on the driveway was a bit tricky, but it might have been...

"This property should be taken off stayz as the property is rented to permanment tenant we were not imformed that we could not stay there and had to pay to stay at a hotel we didtry to contact host numerous times and only got there message bank which we left messages on and we wish to get a refund of the total amout we paid for the property Unhappy customers"

"A super clean, tidy, and comfortable place to stay in laid back Kawhia, The ever changing view over the harbour as the tide rolled in and out was very relaxing and even though the fishing trip was cancelled due to the big swell we had some quality time to chill out. "Property is fine. I did have to ask for details on how to get in on the day we were due to arrive but we received them in plenty of time before we checked in. The road noise is loud. I'd go prepared with earplugs if you're not used to being that close to traffic normally! Not something the owner can change but something to note when traveling with kids or elderly like I was."

"An absolutely beautiful place, equipped with everything you need and more. We loved the outdoor/indoor set up and the eco-bathroom. The views from the deck & outdoor bath are incredible and it was very peaceful. Jan was really welcoming and made us feel right at home! Hope to be back one day!"
