Fantastisk skyline view
Fantastisk skyline view! Vi bookede et værelse med byudsigt. Og var heldige at få en hjørnelejlighed med fantastisk udsigt over byen. Vandet i bruseren var ikke særlig varm, og der var håndværkere der larmede klokken 8 om morgenen. Der er stadig byggeplads rundt om hotellet i august måned. Fint værelse.

A very clean, modern hotel in a convenient location to the airport and tram to downtown. The tower has incredible views and the staff are all super helpful, particularly Matea and Oskar. Would stay again if in Frankfurt area.

Administration und Buchung: Mir fehlen die Worte, sollen wir uns doch in der digitalen Welt bewegen. Bei Trivago und insbbesondere bei Expedia gebe ich bei der Buchung meine persönlichen Daten ein und ebenso die Daten der Kreditkarte. Warum Kreditkarte, wenn ich doch angeblich erst im Hotel bezahlen kann? Beim Einchecken werde ich im NH-Hotel nach meinen persönenlichen Daten gefragt. Also nochmal alles händisch aufschreiben. Und Kreditkarte wird nochmals durchgezogen. Beim Checkout, ich habe es nicht glauben können, musste ich meine persönlichen Daten nach ein drittes Mal eingeben bzw. aufschreiben. Die Hotelangestellt hat es dann nicht geschafft die zeitnah einzugeben, sodass ich erst zum frühstücken gegangen bin. Dann wieder warten, bis das Papier endlich gedruckwurde, nachdem weitere Eingaben gemacht wurden. Mit EC-Kasrte bezahlen war nicht möglich, da schon von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Zusätzlich schinen die MA des Hotels sich ständig ablenken zu lassen. Anstatt das Anliegen der Person zu bearbeiten, die jetzt dran, wird der Vorgang mehrfach unterbrochen. Ein vorheriger Gast will sein Telefon aufladen, eine Kollegin hat eine Frage, usw. alles dauert abewr nicht Sekunden, also mal zwischendurch, sondern Minuten. Ebenso wird mitten im Frühstücksareal die Zimmernummer abgefragt und in den PC eingegeben, was wieder mit Wartezeit verbunden ist. Ich habe noch in Hotels dieser Preisklasse, soviel warten müssen, wie im NH-Collection in FRA. Von vier Aufzügen war nur 1 in

We arrived for early check-in at around 1130 AM after emailing the property the day before with a request for early check-in with no response . When we arrived , our reservations were not verified ( we had three rooms under a master multiple day reservation) with all names identified at booking , rather than " checking us in and verifying our reservations at that time we were able to check bags and sent on our way until 1500 hours , from there each party spent 20 - 30 minutes to attempt to check-in separately as they could not verify our reservations , which should of been done the first time , which would of fixed the problem . Unfortunately for our last party checking in, waiting another 30 minutes , was put into a room that had not been cleaned , all in, not a great experience and first impression. Discussed with management and they "just said they were following process for early check-ins and offered no adjustments for the inconvenience . The hotel itself was nice and had very good services, but we were very disappointed in the onboarding process.

Bad, just not worth money.
Very bad. Literally no chance to set the heating despite the temperature setting monitor. Temperature set to 26°c but it was in reality max 19°c. No slippers prepared despite having “superior extra large with view” room. Room wasn’t fully ready. Breakfast was good. Not coming back and I would recommend guests to stay away and choose a different hotel, not worth the money.
