Glimrende hotel med høj standard
Fin service, super beliggenhed, glimrende morgenmadsbuffet og attraktiv pris. Der lå et langt sort hår i brusekabinen - den slags er jeg emsig med, men ellers er vi tilfredse.

Central placed and lovely breakfast.
Very nice hotel placed very central to the Frankfurt Messe and restaurants in the evenings. As well as close to good shopping. Lovely big Breakfast buffet.

Rigtig godt hotel til pengene. Pænt, rent og nyere hotel og inventar, venlig personale, god og alsidig morgenmads udvalg. Hyggelig restaurant. Området mod "gamle" centrum var fin. Området mellem hotel og hovedbanegården ikke særlig sikker at færdes i. Gå afstand til messe hallerne

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist gut und umfangreich. Für das Umfeld in Frankfurt in Bahnhofsnähe kann das Hotel nichts, zum Parken (allerdings stolze 25 €/24h) ist die Tiefgarage den Straßen vorzuziehen. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Schimmelansätze Dusche, Lampenschirm defekt, Papiermüll vom Vorgänger auf dem Fußboden, Flecken Fußboden, Gardinen). Einen "rund um die Uhr geöffneten Imbiss" gibt es leider nicht.

The room was fine. I was overcharged for the room. I did not get my 50 euro deposit returned and I was refused a receipt when checking out. I was promised a receipt via email which I never received.

The Hilton Garden Inn City Centre in Frankfurt is a lovely hotel, very conveniently located near the train station. We traveled by train, and were walking to all our local destinations from the various train stations, so we found walking to this hotel an easy distance to manage. However, it's through a somewhat seedy looking neighborhood - be aware if you're walking. The hotel itself, however, is spotless and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, well worth the price. The room was lovely and quiet. Well worth a stay here!

In the immediate area a lot of drug users and homeless which was quite scary especially at night.

The area was sketchy. Had fire alarm both morning I stayed and had to evacuate the room.
