"The hotel is new and it has a good location. However, the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Besides, the breakfast service is a Starbucks dispatch counter / kiosk, instead of a hotel breakfast, as I expected. I had booked a room including breakfast, but the hotel staff could not see it in my reservation. It's not the first time that I have this issue with Hotels.com, which appears very deceiving and unreliable. "

"I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in an accommodation that was so clean and comfortable as this one the bed was absolutely wonderful I requested a tub because I needed a long soak after my 10 hour flight. Staff were so friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay here again I can’t say enough good about the Hampton Inn"

"This location was perfect for us. Easy on and off the highway. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air smelled fresh but the scent in the lobby trigered my allergies. May I suggest you tone it down?"

"The stay was amazing I had a business trip I had to attend to .. the hotel was nice and clean beds was comfortable.pillows was awesome.. the only down fall to this is they hold swim lessons on Sunday and that's when u want to swim before leaving and heading back home.. but will stay there again.. just need to trade days for swimming lessons "

I booked a kid room and asked for a 1st floor. 6 weeks before the booking date. Go to check in the lady at the desk says you have a double Queen of the 2 floor. I said no I booked a king. She says OK. Then I asked about the 1st floor. We are sold out. Requested 6 weeks ago seriously. Ok. So I go to my room up the rusty busted steps past the strong smell...
