Located on the south-facing slope of the Lanterne Valley, the small village of Francalmont offers tranquility. Primarily agricultural, the village has preserved several heritage features: a wash house, a fountain, etc. Nature is readily available: walks, fishing, and more. A geological curiosity: the Planey Spring. Canoeing/kayaking is available in Conflans-sur-Lanterne. Mountain bikes are provided. The thermal baths of Luxeuil-les-Bains are 10 minutes away. In a village near the spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains (12 km), this country-style house, adjoining the owners' house, has a separate entrance and is not overlooked. Ground floor: kitchen (induction hob)/dining room with a wood-burning stove and fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher. Very spacious and comfortable living room. Laundry room with toilet, shower, and sink.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower room, and toilet; 1 family room on two levels: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room, and toilet; and on the mezzanine, 2 single beds (90x190cm), 1 cot. Electric/wood central heating. Wi-Fi internet access. Large orchard with approximately sixty fruit trees. The lawn area with garden furniture is enclosed, but not fenced at the front of the cottage.

Available: 5 mountain bikes on request, fishing equipment storage with livewell, fishing gear, etc. Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat.

Towels and linens are available as an option.
