"We had 5 adults in our party and we found the house very suitable to our needs. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location near the shops was a bonus. The communication with the owners was also very good."

"Check in was easy, but once there, there was mice dropping on the bed, ants coming in and out of the bathroom door, the ensuite shower had water pooling outside of the shower so you’d be stepping into water and inch high, creating water damage at the base of the door frame, where the ants came in and out of. The mould in the ensuite was all over the ceiling. When I went to talk to the staff he was sarcastic and rude, it says the place is pet friendly but my partner and I found a dead rat outside...

"Good communication from the host and they responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the bedding, which we appreciated. The place is well-priced and in a convenient, central location. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the lounge didn’t work effectively, and the jacuzzi developed an unpleasant smell by the second day of use. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed a hair under the bedding when attempting to change it, suggesting more attention to detail is...

"Tired cabin although incredibly expensive for one night. Was impossible to find with street signage covered by vines and no numbers on the units. (Guest in next unit called in looking for his unit.) Very poorly maintained with a number of missing light globes and broken fittings (e.g. bathroom soap holder and light fitting above the slippery stairs between the bedroom and bathroom). Stove (rusty in parts) is many decades old. One waste bin for entire cabin. Coffee machine but no capsules...

"Fijn huisje, smaakvol ingericht, goede sfeer, groot goed bed, prima badkamer en op zich ook prima keuken. Maar er waren een paar zaken die voor ons ontbraken; een kledingkast met hangers of sowieso een kapstok of stoel om je kleren uit te kunnen hangen. Dat moet nu op de sofa. En het zou goed zijn om in de keuken ook zaken als kleine snijplanken, een theepot en pannelappen te hebben en een leeslamp bij de comfortabele sofa. Het buitenbad is een leuk idee, maar is in tegenspraak met het aan...

"The stay was a wonderful break and the location superb, fab access direct to warrain beach and a few hundred metres walk to Culburra beach. Lots of kitchen supplies over and above what is usual - olive oils, lots of coffee capsules, glad bake, condiments etc.... the cleaning was below par , very dusty fireplace, cobwebs, skirting, kitchen splashback smears etc that for the price, would not have expected. Maybe just a nudge to the cleaners is all that is needed. There was a security camera...

"Place was very neat and tidy although a little aged, all amenities were provided. Water pressure and hot water for showers excellent. Private stair access direct to the beach/rock pools and a small lawn with table and benches makes it very accessible for rock fishing or lunch by the water."
