It features a comfortable 20 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds 140x190 cm, each with its own shower and sink, and 1 bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm), as well as 2 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) ensures a convenient stay. You will enjoy a courtyard with patio furniture and a cellar for storage, ideal for a pleasant and well-organized holiday. The town center and shops are approximately 250 m away, the beach 300 m, the bus station 400 m, the golf course 6 km, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station 6 km. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
