"Room was clean. Staff was great. Shuttle to the airport was on time. Breakfast had very few healthy options. Full of sugar… not even plain unsweetened oatmeal. "

"The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning."

"The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool...

"The hotel room had hard floors which I thought was cool until I saw all the crumbs all over the floor. Behind the toilet, looked like it has never been cleaned. The towels were all dingy. The staff was very nice though. The only low sugar thing they had for their breakfast option was hard-boiled eggs. The refrigerator in the room sound sounded like a sonogram swishing all night long."
