For your holidays in Dordogne, we have found for you this lovely tastefully renovated farmhouse, which can accommodate 6 people in two separate dwellings within the same building, around a charming garden of approximately 250 m².



Small bonus: the house is equipped with a Nordic bath, ideal for relieving pain, reducing stress, improving blood circulation and caring for the skin.



In this L-shaped building, you will first find accommodation for four people. You enter this former barn through a large entrance with exposed beams where an impressive stone fireplace welcomes you. Behind the bay window, you discover the main room with a beautiful modern and fully equipped kitchen.



To prepare good meals, you will find a gas cooker (bottles) and an oven, as well as a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well.



The kitchen opens onto the living area, where you can have your meals, unless the sun invites you to enjoy the terrace for outdoor dining. A gas barbecue will allow you to prepare delicious grilled dishes.



A TV lounge awaits you to relax in front of a good film. A wood-burning stove will warm the accommodation in winter to offer you a cocoon of warmth.



Next is the master suite with a large comfortable bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200) and lovely restored antique furniture, as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower, WC, a large sink and a washing machine. The second bedroom is located opposite, you cross the entrance room again to access it, and you will find a double bed (140x190) and a sanitary corner with a WC and a sink.

Through the garden, you discover the second accommodation. In the main room, you will find a kitchenette as well equipped as the main one, a dining area and a TV lounge with TNT decoder. At the back, a lovely bedroom with a bay window overlooking the garden welcomes you with a double bed (140x200) (Additional information regarding sleeping arrangements: all beds are equipped with two single duvets (100/140) per bed and two pillows per person).

Finally, a bathroom with sink, WC and a lion's paw bathtub completes this property. In this part of the house, heating is electric.



For added comfort, the house has a utility room with a travel cot available, a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, and you will be able to park two vehicles.

Air conditioning is present in the lounge and the "master suite" bedroom. The second bedroom of the main cottage and the entire attached small cottage are not air-conditioned; however, the bedrooms are equipped with fans.

The TV in the large cottage is not connected to an aerial, a box, a decoder or cable. You will have access to 3 French channels; feel free to bring a hard drive, HDMI and USB connections are available.

The TV in the small cottage is connected to Freeview and gives access to over 100 channels.
