We welcome up to 6 Guest.
Any additional Guest will be charge at $75.00 per person (per night of the booking).
No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms
(except for drinking water, please use a coaster).

No Eating in the Livingroom, no food on Sofa / Couch.
(Please use a coaster for your dinks).

Do not place hot food plates on the Wood Coffee Table,
(as this will ruin the finish).

Please keep noise level down. This is a quite neighborhood. No Parties or loud music.

Estuvimos muy agusto... la casa esta muy bonita detallada , esta ubicada en un fraccionamiento tranquilo y agradable cerca de tiendas ... las llaves del agua de las regaderas estan poco duras para las personas mayores .... y el colchon de la recamara principal no esta muy comodo ... todo lo demas estuvo super bien ..... Recomendado y nos volveriamos a quedar ahi ...

LOOK NO FURTHER in this area!

We have stayed at Yvonne's home twice and could not be happier. It is beautiful. Well maintained. Has all of the amenities and MORE! The home has a peaceful and uplifting aura. Yvonne is super attentive and responsive to her guests. She puts so much into and cares deeply about her home away from home and it shows! We will be back time and time again!! The house on the inside was simply beautiful. The outside had overgrown trees at the front door. It was hard to navigate entrance through the front door because of the overgrown trees. The two smaller bedrooms had sunken in mattresses and the pillows were very hard. Communication with the host was not always clear. There was confusion about early check-in. I asked the question if early check-in was possible and if so, what time would it be. Did not get a straight answer out of the host. She sent a link for a payment for 65 not explaining to me that there is a 65 fee for early check-in. When I went to the link, the way it was worded was as if we still owed 65 for the renter of the house. I paid the 65. After further communication with the host I realized the 65 was for early check-in. In which we did not do early check-in because again it wasn’t clear the early check-in was available. When I tried to get the refund on the 65 I was denied. The host denied the refund because she said they took extra time to get the house ready for early check-in. And I’m sure that wasn’t true because when I texted the host for early check-in, it was almost 2 o’clock. Check in was at 4 o’clock. So I’m sure at 2 o’clock the house had already been cleaned. I had to dispute the 65 with my bank.On the day of checkout the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9:08. Check out was at 10. She didn’t see a car in the driveway. But you are asked to send a text once you leave the property.

Nice stay near the Dallas Ft. Worth area

Great home in a nice & quiet neighborhood. Homes are relatively close together, but the property is very private with a patio area & fenced backyard. The owner, Yvonne, is very responsive & helpful. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in Keller or the Dallas Ft. Worth area.

We loved the home and the nice fenced in yard. The house had everything we needed in it.

House was very clean and had a fenced in yard for our pets. It was equipped with everything we needed fresh linens, pots and pans. We did not want for anything.

Close to Ft. Worth

Property clean on inside. Outside yard messy with dry weeds hanging over the walkway. Unfinished walkway, awkward to wheel multiple suitcases. Master toilet did not have water in tank, would not flush. Started wash day we were leaving and toilet tank filled up.Told Yvonne when leaving she said it was fixed. Back sliding door lock broken stick holding door closed. Security issue. Could not find proper fitting plug for tub. House did smell musty upon entry. Pillows very uncomfortable too thin. Had to pay 109.00 insurance fee at the very end of booking. Beware when booking. Feels like extortion. Cannot get around this. I should get this back for the issues mentioned above. Would not book again.

enjoyable stay

My husband and I were very happy with Villa Venage. The home looked just like the pictures. It was super clean. Nice neighborhood so we felt safe. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were close by. Really enjoyed being able to sit outback on the porch and eat dinner.

Beautiful Home! Great Host!

My husband, son, and I stayed 2 days. The house was large and beautiful! The kitchen was the perfect gathering place with the large island and stools! Property manager was responsive when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms. Fixed in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend house and host!

Perfect little place!

A small group of us were in Ft Worth for an event. We chose Villa Venage and it was perfect. Clean, convenient, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The master suite was huge, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Outstanding!

Very nice property

Very clean property. The kitchen has many tools and equipment to cook. Nice appliances in good condition. The furniture is very nice and in excellent condition. The casual living area off of the kitchen would be better served with a couple of chairs rather that that bizarre yoga bench. The master suite is spacious. The French doors to the bathroom are bizarre. I love my husband but I prefer some bathroom privacy. The decorating touches are very girly and I highly recommend this house for a girls get away. From the crystal chandelier style lights, to the faux crystal door knobs, it has a bougie girlie touch that is very pretty. I was impressed with how clean the walls are since they are a bright white. The yard needed mowing. High grass doesn’t help the mosquito issue but I their defense, some of the neighbors have even higher grass issues. The trashcan was on the street when we got there since the truck ran. Someone must have brought it out while we were away, but we couldn’t locate it so we had nowhere to put our trash during the stay. It was a huge thing, but it just would’ve been nice to be able to throw trash in the big bin rather than have it pile up. The location of this home is wonderful for all of your needs. There are so many stores nearby that you do not have to drive very far for any of your shopping needs. Central Market was the furtherst but there are two Kroger‘s very close, a super target, a variety of eating places and other types of stores

Property over all was nice and clean onlything is the Property manager never gave us access code to the front door. I got there and they saw me at the door through the ring camera let me in but never gave me a code we communicated via email but no code wouldnt work.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and everything described in the listing. The host was also very responsive, even to our more nit pick requests. The only additional comments I have were the master suite was so extravagant the other 2 bedrooms seemed a bit out of place in comparison and then just a few other little things like a drawer pull missing and a loose doorknob didn't match the elegance of the house. That being said I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Christmas Break in Dallas/Fort Worth

This was our first time in Texas. The house was beautiful! The layout was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The house was neat and clean. The backyard with the covered porch was a nice place to sit outside. It was close to Fort Worth and the highway was close by to get to AT&T Stadium and the airport. Downtown Dallas wasn't that far either. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again! Thank you!
