This property celebrates architecture, design, simplicity, and plenty of space for get togethers and romantic getaways. Thoughtfully placed in between the hospital district and the heart of the Magnolia neighborhood in Fort Worth, Texas. You can walk to local bars, restaurants, coffee, and shopping without breaking a sweat.

This building's 1st floor is an office for the owner of the building that builds modern homes across Texas. The unit you will stay in is on the 2nd floor, the hallway is shared with other guests when booked, but the unit in the pictures are totally private to you. The 3rd floor of the building is a stunning terrace that overlooks the city to be shared with other guests when booked. If you are planning to have an event, please get prior approval with the host.

Awesome weekend

The property was so nice and the owner responded to any of our questions very quickly. We loved the location and could walk to some very cool local restaurants & bars. Look forward to coming back here instead of our typical hotel.

The place is even nicer in person. It was very clean, well decorated with nice furniture and had all the necessities and more! Our host was easy to get in contact with and quick to reply as well. Should I find myself in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

The location was perfect, and super private! Near a street with a bunch of great food, and super close to tons of fun things to do in FW. The apartment itself was so pristine. Such an amazing venue, would without a doubt come back!

Modern, cozy property

Great find for the start of our Texas tour. Property was immaculate, and the facilities were spot on. The bed, bedding and pillows were super comfy. The neighbourhood seems very safe and quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Fort Worth area.

Perfect spot for in a central local

We were traveling for 5 days with some colleague/friends and this was the ideal location. Enough space for all of us, everything was 15 mins or less away, and the host was very responsive! Very cool neighborhood too!

Amazing location!

Casey went above and beyond to accommodate us since we were checking in early! We loved the space along with the location and decor. It had everything we needed and the rooftop are was a lot of fun for our family!

Props to the property manager for her quick communication every step of the way. This unit has access to wonderful restaurants off Magnolia while inside the unit is super quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Great Location

As advertised and pictured in the listing. The location is great with easy walking distance to coffee, bars, restaurants. Also really easy access to the highways for travel around the metroplex. Management was communicative and prompt. Property was very clean and well appointed.

Beautiful condo & walkable location

The condo was beautiful and has everything you need. Easy parking, spacious, comfortable and modern. You can easily walk to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The owner was really nice and very responsive. (We didn’t have any issues - I just asked a few questions and got prompt responses). Highly recommend.

Great Property that has an owner with a eye for design, functionality as well as comfort and this is not an easy find in Fort Worth. Awesome view in an innovative area that happens to host a lot of great restaurants which is also not an easy find in Fort Worth. I look forward to staying in this dwelling again soon!!! Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home away from home, warm, inviting, and thoughtfully stocked with all the basic necessities anyone could need. Everything was spotless and well-organized, with beautiful modern finishes and a stylish industrial touch that made the space feel fresh and unique.The highlight for us was the rooftop deck, it was simply stunning! The view was impeccable, offering the perfect spot to relax in the morning with coffee or unwind in the evening as the sun set. Every detail of this home was clearly well thought out, making our stay comfortable and memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The condo us spotless and comfortable. The owner/manager was quick with replys and very accommodating. The area was very nice. Magnolia Street us a half a block away with tons of shops and restaurants. We went during the fair and OU/TX weekend and it was perfect.

Texas bound with rayray

Could not have picked a better spot walking distance from restaurants and live music the rooms were super clean and the rooftop terrace was relaxing at the end of the day to kick back relax watch a movie and have a glass of wine also a short drive to the gardens , zoo and the stockyards hopefully will be back soon enjoyed every minute of this family vacation
