If an oil stain is left behind, an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to cover professional cleaning.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors.

Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight.

Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and leave the home in good condition.

Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.

Check-In/Out Times: Adhere to the check-in and check-out times unless pre-arranged with the host.

Parking: Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways.
