Don’t use this hotel! The receptionist swindled me for a larger amount when my two sons and I was checking in for a prebooked room that should have cost me 40% less according to my hotels.com booking. When I found out 10 minutes later and complained to the receptionist, I was told, that there was nothing they could do about it, since I had allready accepted the larger amount!?!! What a confidence trickster. Contacting Hotels.com customer support didn't help me either.
