Pro’s - Hotel was easy to find, convenient to both food and gas and had plenty of parking for how busy they were. Hotel staff was minimal but the one person I saw was nice.
Con’s -
A) The hotel hallways and room were hot and humid as Heck. Realistically the hallways had to be about 85+ degrees and the doorways to the stairwells were left open I’m sure to try and ease some of it, but that just meant lots of bugs like mosquitos.
B) My room was very warm and no amount of cranking down the a/c or upping the fan to high helped. My clothes kept sticking to me and the sofa and bed felt damp from the humidity. It was genuinely cooler sitting outside in the 75+ degree weather.
C) Spiders! I actually recorded multiple spiders all in the bathroom, running at my feet while I tried to use the potty. I took two outside but after that I stopped trying.
d) idk if I just came at an off time but the parking lot was so full of trash. I get that’s more an entitled persons and littering on guests than it is the hotel but clearly no one had cleaned up the parking lot in a bit.
